How does it all work?

1. You start by entering your idea of a name into any Luggie search box on the various pages where he is available.

This name could be your own name or your company name. If the name you have typed in is already taken then Luggie would offer alternative spellings suggestions with other characters that closest match your choice. For example if you type in LUGGIE, then alternative spellings would be suggested like:

LUGG1E
LUGGI3
LUGG13

2. From here you have 3 choices:

Preview Plate- proceed to plate preview process with options to add Text or Logo or both. Barcode is generated when order is processed.
Embargo Plate - proceed to purchase process and reserve your plate for future use. No Barcode generated.
Advertise Plate - proceed to purchase process and advertise for free under 'Plates for Resale' section. No Barcode generated.

3. The bar code is added the moment that you have processed your order to print from our website.

This barcode consists of your unique database identification number, which is linked to your profile and plate. When editing your personal details of your profile and updating email or other addresses or phone numbers, your unique barcode will not be affected.

Should your luggage be misplaced either by you or someone else, the person who finds your luggage can log onto our website and enter your barcode. Only those details that you chose to display will be viewable in order for that person to contact you.

4. Depending on your choice under point 2, you will be directed to the page which will guide you to complete your purchase.

5. All your orders and Luggage Plates will be visible once you have logged in under your membership profile. There you have options available next to your plate depending on what choice of action you have selected in point 2.
