What is a luggage plate?
A luggage plate is your personalised, unique name plate and consists of a combination of 8 words and letters you select.
No other luggage plate will have the same combination of words and letters like yours.

Where and on what can I use it?
Many uses as Travelling can be by air, on land or by sea. Not only do we pack luggage when going on holiday, also every day when going to work, to school, to college or university or just to the beach.
With the vast number of similar-looking types of luggage out there, our luggage plates offer you a unique identifying system for your particular pieces of luggage.
Why do I need a barcode?
The barcode is linked to your unique database ID. Should your luggage be misplaced by yourself or a 3rd party, an easy search on our website by entering the barcode will locate the owner.
What contact details will show on the search?
When you sign up as a member you have the option to choose if your email address or contact number or both should be displayed.
How do they know which website to go to?
We advertise our domain name all around the outer part of your plate.
What if I change my email address or contact number?
No problem, you can update your details at any time because the barcode is linked to you unique database ID.
What is it made of?
The luggage plates are constructed from material that can withstand solvents, extreme temperatures and ultraviolet light. The adhesive has a high initial tack and bonds to most substrates, including painted metal and low surface-energy plastics such as polyethylene.
Our print also has an over-laminate that protects all the print and prevents details from being altered or damaged.
What surfaces can it go on?
The plates are flexible enough to conform to curved and textured surfaces, including most low surface-energy plastics and small-diameter applications, and are non-transferable to some surfaces.
Any Guarantee?
We guarantee that our product will not deteriorate when applied to recommended surfaces with the correct application techniques in order to obtain maximum bonding strength and product life.
If you are not satisfied with the product, send it back to us within 21 days of the date of purchase and in the original packaging and we will replace it for you
How do I apply the luggage plate?
For maximum bond strength, surface should be clean and dry. We include a pack of 2 isopropyl alcohol swabs to clean the surface with as the recommended cleaning agent (surface must be completely dry after cleaning before applying the plates).
For best conditions, application surface should be at room temperature or higher.
Apply each label by removing the pressure-sensitive base label material from the carrier liner small amounts at a time. Keep direct contact from hands to a minimum.
Start by sticking a small part onto the surface first and gradually peeling the carrier liner away applying an even amount of pressure using palm of hand or fingers so that pressure-sensitive label is properly secure to each substrate with no visible bubbles or wrinkles by placing a hard flat surface underneath during application.
Higher initial bonds are achieved through increased rub down pressure.
How do I pay?
Payment is by way of a 3rd party and well known company called Paypal. Major credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.
How long is delivery time?
Delivery is by way of post and depends on the standard and delivery times of postal services in each country. We endeavour to process your order in the quickest possible time.

There has been reports of deliveries not reaching their destinations in the following countries of: South America, Canada, South Africa and India. Please read section B-8 in our Terms and Conditions.
Can I Re-Order previous printed plates?
Yes, all plates are shown under your members section when logged in, just click on reprint. You can re-order as often as you like.
How do I order 2 or more sets for different people?
The best option here is to create 2 or more separate memberships for each of them with their own contact details. This way they can edit and change their personal details as time goes by, their profile is for life. You could just create generic username and password, for example use their names for passwords and once you give it to them they can log in and change details as they wish.
You would need to however buy each set of plates under their respective memberships. So you can enter all the shipping details to come to you and they can change all those details later on their own.
